BPO Campus Manager

Responsibilities Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to implement effective talent acquisition strategies for Business, Technology and Specialty roles Should have extensive experience in handling volume, mass hiring Should have experience in driving on-time hiring, 100% fulfilment, CPH calculations, Source Mix channels, 0 to 90 days attrition and adhering to the blue prints of hiring process etc Experience of handling any Applicant Tracking systems tool and assessment tests Should have mandatory experience in handling campuses across South India or Pan India Interacting with TPO’s or Placement Officers. Signing MoUs with campuses Gather and verify relevant information from the candidate, ensure proper documentation of the same and support the new hire onboarding process as needed. Set performance goals and ensure the team meets hiring targets within specified timelines Good to have experience in creating PPT’s, Power BI, Looker Studio and advanced excel Should have market intel with the competitors in order to understand business and implement new methods of hiring Design new and improved recruitment strategies. Ensure recruitment processes reflect a broader hiring strategy to ensure closures within given TAT Responsible for Employer branding at campuses, NGO’s, CSR etc by positioning our company as a great place to work to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates Conduct employee referral programs, tie ups with institutes and campus, run recruitment drives, social media campaigns etc for closing the position within given TAT Ensure the Recruitment Dashboard is shared on a weekly, Monthly and quarterly basis Requirements Any graduate with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in BPO’s Excellent Verbal and written communication skills required Should have strong stake holder, leadership and team management abilities Requires strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills
