JD - Operations Support Manager

Working to support the COO and Operations Leadership Team

Key Responsibilities

Manage operational rythms, including weekly, monthly and quaterly schedules for planning, reporting and tracking performance, integrating with company-wide schedulesOversee and continuously improve operational processesDevelop mitigation strategies and actions against operational risks impacting the P&LSupport relationships with other internal functions such as Recruitment, Finance and HRHandle multiple ad-hoc activities to ensure the smooth running of the business

Objectives:

Recommend new procedure for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operationsMaintain communication with operations manager, staff members and vendors to ensure adherence to protocols across key touch pointsAssist the operations manager in developing, planning & coordinating operational activitiesEnsures that operations are in legal compliance with local and national regulationsSkills and qualifications:Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and to tight deadlinesAn analytical mind, comfortable with numbers yet highly pragmaticStrong negotiating and influencing skillsExcellent communication skills.A proactive attitude with a focus on solutions.Proven organizational skills, including time managementProject management experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimum supervisionAttention to detail

Preferred skills & qualifications:

Two or more years of experience in an operational and similar roleProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms
