Customer Interaction – Calling customers to provide information about health insurance policies and services. Lead Generation – Identifying potential clients and explaining available insurance plans. Follow-ups – Maintaining records of customer interactions and following up on inquiries. Complaint Resolution – Addressing customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary. Coordination with Teams – Working with internal departments to ensure smooth claim processing and policy management.
