Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated BPO Assistant Manager for Outbound Sales. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of work experience in relevant fields, handling customer interactions and driving sales efforts effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • customer relationship management proficiency with the ability to effectively manage interactions with clients and ensure satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
  • proven experience in direct client interaction, demonstrating confidence and clarity in communication with clients (Mandatory skill).
  • demonstrated expertise in outbound marketing, capable of formulating and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth (Mandatory skill).
  • effective team leadership skills to guide and motivate a diverse sales team towards achieving objectives.
  • competence in sales management, ensuring the drafting and execution of successful sales strategies.
  • proficiency in account management, overseeing customer accounts to meet and exceed retention targets.
  • exemplary communication skills necessary for negotiating deals and maintaining client relations effectively.
  • strategic thinking ability for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies tailored to market demands.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • manage and oversee outbound sales operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
  • lead, train, and support the sales team in developing their abilities and reaching their potential.
  • develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • maintain strong client relationships and oversee the CRM systems for optimization and client satisfaction.
  • monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjustment in strategies.
  • collaborate with other departments to ensure a streamlined approach to sales and customer service.
  • provide regular reporting and feedback to senior management regarding sales performance and market trends.
  • ensure compliance with company policies and maintain ethical standards throughout sales operations.

Experience

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in any BPO company.
  • lead a team of around 10 to 15 people.
