We are now Seeking a passionate and driven Boutique store manager to lead our flagship boutique in Bengaluru
1. oversee daily boutique operation, ensuring a smooth and luxury customer experience
2. Manage a team of stylists and support staffs- Training, scheduling and performance monitoring
3. Drive sales by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalised styling advice.
4. Handle client appointment, measurement, fittings and follow ups with precision and care
5. Maintain inventory - including stock checks, ordering, and display management
6.Coordinate with design, production and marketing teams for order updates and seasonal collections.
7. Maintain store aesthetics in line with brand‘s premium image
8. Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
9. Meet monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
