Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and finalize Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for corporate interior projects.
• Verify and certify subcontractor/vendor bills.
• Prepare client bills as per project progress and ensure timely submission.
• Coordinate with project managers/site engineers for measurements and work progress reports.
• Maintain accurate project costing, reconciliation, and billing records.
• Assist in tendering, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, and specifications during billing.
Key Requirements
• Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in BOQ preparation and project billing (preferably corporate interiors/fit-outs).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and billing software.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate with site teams and vendors effectively.
