• Design and build innovative AI-driven solutions and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) using

  Boomi s Agent AI Studio

  , aligning customer business challenges with the platforms AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with global field solution engineers and presales teams to convert complex business needs into tangible,

  AI-powered demonstrations

• Own the technical design and validation of solution blueprints that integrate

  AI capabilities with Boomi s broader suite

  , including

  Integration & Automation, API Management, and Data Management

  .
• Provide strategic technical leadership for account solution planning, bid responses, and Integration/AI-focused PoC efforts.
• Partner with presales and technical sales teams to shape solution narratives, deliver technical proposals, and co-design Integration/AI solution architectures.
  
• Evangelize best practices for

  prompt engineering, LLM orchestration

  , and applied AI use cases like summarization, classification, enrichment, and conversational flows.
• Drive creation of

  reference architectures, reusable demos, and accelerators

  that streamline solutioning for future AI/Integration opportunities.
• Lead technical workshops and architecture reviews with global presales teams, offering guidance on advanced

  Integration/AI scenarios

• Support early-stage deal cycles by assessing

  technical feasibility, risks

  , and delivery considerations for AI-centric engagements.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  

• 8 14 years of total IT experience

  with demonstrable architectural ownership across technical domains.

• 2 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development,

  with exposure to generative AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face), LLM orchestration platforms (e.g., LangChain, Boomi Agent AI Studio), and application of NLP models for tasks like summarization, classification, and chat flows.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and real-world enterprise use cases of LLMs.
  
• Strong Python programming skills, with experience using relevant AI/ML libraries such as Transformers, spaCy, or LangChain.
  

• 5 years of hands-on experience

  with integration architecture, presales solutioning, and technical consulting is desirable.

  Experience with the Boomi platform

  including design, deployment, and best practices is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with integration endpoints such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Kafka, and file/database systems is desirable.
  
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and scripting languages such as Groovy or JavaScript.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP a plus), particularly for deploying AI services.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and business stakeholders.
  
• Experience in customer-facing engagements, such as technical discovery, design reviews, or presales proof-of-concepts, is highly desirable.
