Job Description

QuickBooks


You will be working closely with our U.S.-based management team during U.S. Central Time

hours, ensuring that our financial data is accurate, organized, and up to date.


Working Hours:

6:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST

Probation Period:


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations in QuickBooks (Online & Desktop, as applicable)
  • Record and categorize all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
  • Assist with invoicing and payment tracking
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up as needed
  • Coordinate with the U.S. management team to address discrepancies or financial queries
  • Maintain compliance with accounting policies and company procedures
  • Organize and maintain financial records for audit and tax purposes


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of proven bookkeeping experience, with a strong focus on QuickBooks
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop
  • Excellent knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger management
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting tools and integrations


🕒 Working Schedule & Policies

Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, aligned with

    US Central Time (CST)

    business hours
  • Indian candidates will work evening shifts to ensure time zone overlap

Breaks:

  • Short scheduled breaks will be provided during the shift for rest and refreshment


Leave Policy:

  • Leaves must be planned and communicated

    at least 7 days in advance

  • Uninformed or last-minute absences

    may result in salary deductions

Regular attendance and communication are expected for continued engagement
