As a Booking Executive, you'll be responsible for managing bookings, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between our customers and operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer bookings via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Maintain and update booking records in our database.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Assist with customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in data management software
