Job Description: As an Adventure Tour Guide with Konkan Explorers, you will be the face of our company, leading guests on thrilling journeys through some of the most stunning landscapes India has to offer. You will have the opportunity to share your passion for adventure and your knowledge of the region with travellers from around the world, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Responsibilities: Lead guided adventure tours, including kayaking, snorkelling, and nautical excursions, along the Goa Konkan coastline. Ensure the safety and well-being of guests at all times, adhering to strict safety protocols and providing clear instructions. Share insights into the local history, culture, and ecology of the Goa Konkan region, enhancing the overall guest experience. Engage and entertain guests with informative commentary and storytelling, showcasing your passion for the outdoors and adventure. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within tour groups, encouraging camaraderie and teamwork among guests. Assist with logistics and administrative tasks related to tour operations, including equipment maintenance and inventory management. Requirements: Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient swimmer with a thorough understanding of water safety principles. Confident public speaker with the ability to engage and captivate audiences of varying backgrounds and interests. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a genuine passion for adventure and outdoor exploration. Previous experience in guiding, tourism, or outdoor education is preferred but not required.
