Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Booking Executive at Click Cabs. The Booking Executive will be responsible for managing car rental reservations, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring smooth bookings and returns processes. This role involves maintaining accurate booking records and addressing any issues that arise to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in reservation and booking systems
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Basic knowledge of vehicle operations and maintenance
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the car rental or hospitality industry is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
