Sr.No Equipments  Sr.No Job Profile         A MIDC water tank. 1 Boiler operator has must be first class boiler profeciency   Softner. 2 Monitor the incoming water level of MIDC tank & keep the record    Carbon Filter 3 Maintain thwater level of Day tank.   sand filter 4 Done the regenration of softner after specified amount of water.    Deariator  water tank 5 Send the sample of softner water/Boiler water/Blowdown water to Q/C .       for analysis for desired parameters & record the same B 6 TPH three pass coal fired Boiler- 6 Send the sample of received Coal & coal ash to Q/c for analysis & records.   Safety Valve 7 Adding water treatment chemicals as per guidelines.   Vent valve 8 Maintain the water quqlity i.e-PH/TH/TDS to specific standard.   Blow down valve 9 Start /Stop the boiler as per given SOP.   Mobary water level switches 10 Carry out the routine checks & keep the record of the same.   Water wall 11 Monitor the water level/APH inlet/APH outlet/Exaust gas temparature   Furnace  12 & keep record in log book   Grate bar 13 Monitored the load /Unload condition & set pressure of boiler.    Fluidized Beds  14 Monitored the screw feeder speed so to avoid the excess coal feeding.   15 Check the ID & FD fan damper position for proper air flow C I.D.Fan 16 Monitor the Furnace condition to check the deposition of clinkers.   F.D.Fan 17 Removing of Unburnt coal & ash from furnace time to time.   Feed water pumps 18 Keep the record of coal/water/electricity consumption on daily basis.   Screw feeder 19 keep the watch for any steam leakges at plant & record the same.   Bucket Elevator 20 Carry out the Monthly boiler preventive maintenance activities   Crusher   i.e-Tube cleaning/APH cleaning/Chimany cleaning/furnace removing clinkers   Spreader Fan   Air bed cleaning/Oiling & greasing to all motors etc.& records the same.   Air Pre Heater 21 Carry out the Annual boiler passing activties as per IBR Boiler norms.   Cyclone 22 Maintain the Critical spares required for emergency .   Bag Filter 23 Maintain the 5 s practices   Rotary Valve      Chimany 1 • Ensure good housekeeping in and around work area.   Steam Trap Thermodynamic /float type 2 • Use of all required PPE.   Coal Bunker & Hopper 3 • Prompt reporting of any abnormality, deviation, near miss, accident, incident to HSE dept.     4 • Conduct joint safety inspections with HSE Dept representative.     5 • Compliance as per area safety checklists.     6 • Implementation of HSE Policies, procedures, practices and systems at work area.      7 • Comply with Safety Rules and regulations.
