Boiler operation and recording its parameters as per in-house timings, Responsible for monthly maintenance
for Boiler Tube cleaning,
--Preventive and Planned Maintenance of Boiler and its associated system like ID/FD Fan etc,
--Daily Water testing both feed and blowdown water,
--Preparing and adding nessacary chemical dosing as per water quality,
--Responsible for boiler fuel unloading and Ash collection,
--Coordinating with in personal team for boiler IBR inspection and boiler annual maintenance activity,
--Daily Reporting to utility in charge regarding fuel, water & steam consumption, Condensate recovery and any
abnormalities.
--All Boiler Operator should possess valid Boiler attendant License.
