Job Title: Boiler DCS Engineer
Location: Dwarka, Gujarat
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boiler DCS Engineer to manage and operate Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for boiler operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing boiler performance to ensure smooth plant operations, safety compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor boilers through DCS systems for efficient and safe operations.
• Handle start-up, shutdown, and load change operations as per SOPs.
• Monitor boiler parameters, identify abnormalities, and take corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot control logic issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Maintain logs, reports, and operational records.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth plant functioning.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Boiler operations with DCS system handling.
• Strong knowledge of boiler operations, safety standards, and DCS controls.
• Hands-on experience with PLC/DCS platforms (preferably ABB, Siemens, Emerson, or Honeywell).
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
