Role Description This is a full-time role for a Bodyshop Incharge, located on-site in Noida. The Bodyshop Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflow, managing staff, maintaining high standards of workmanship, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in bodyshop operations and knowledge of vehicle repair processes Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance Effective communication and customer service skills Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with other departments Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Show more Show less
