Job Title: Body Shop Service Advisor Experience: Minimum 2 Years Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai Industry: Automotive / Service Center Job Summary: We are hiring a Body Shop Service Advisor with at least 2 years of experience in customer handling at an automobile body shop. The ideal candidate will coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure smooth and satisfactory repair service. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and understand their vehicle repair needs. Prepare accurate job cards and damage estimates. Coordinate with the body shop team for timely service. Keep customers informed on progress and expected delivery time. Explain charges, work done, and post-repair maintenance. Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary. Manage billing, insurance claims, and documentation. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a body shop/service center. Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of accident repair, denting, and painting processes. Ability to multitask and handle customer expectations. Familiarity with service software is a plus.
