Bodyshop Advisor / Manager

Dear Candiate We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bodyshop Advisors & Managers (4 Wheeler Industry only) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring collision repair and will manage the entire repair and insurance claims process from initial estimation to final delivery. This role demands a strong technical understanding of 4-wheeler vehicle bodywork and expert knowledge of insurance claim procedures & team handling experience. Bodyshop Advisor : Min 15k - Max 25k Bodyshop Manager : Min 25k - Max 35k Technical & Repair Management Skills - Vehicle Assessment Determine the appropriate repair methods (e.g., replacement, repair, blending) in compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Parts Management: Coordinate with the parts department for timely ordering of necessary components, ensuring correct specifications and cost control. Technical Communication: Clearly explain complex technical repairs and costs to customers and insurance adjusters. Car Claim Management Skills : Claim Initiation & Surveyor Management Cashless Claim Processing Customer Communication: Provide regular, proactive updates to customers regarding their vehicle's repair status, claim progress, and expected delivery date. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle construction, accident damage analysis, and Bodyshop repair processes. Insurance Acumen: Proven expertise in handling Motor Insurance Claims (OD & TP), including knowledge of policy clauses, documentation requirements Education & Mandatory Requirement Bodyshop Advisor & Manager Should be from 4 Wheeler Industry - Any Brand - Maruti Suzuki Dealership will be of additional preference Min Qualification - Diploma holder - Automobile will be of additional preference Min 1-2 yrs of experience Max age 40 yrs For Bodyshop Manager - Min 2 years of handling role of Bodyshop Manager is a must.
