Job Title: Bodyshop Manager
Location: ECR, OMR, Nandambakkam – Chennai
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage bodyshop operations including accident repairs, denting, painting, and insurance claim processes.
Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Ensure adherence to OEM repair standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.
Handle customer queries, provide accurate repair estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approvals and settlements.
Maintain proper stock of bodyshop consumables and spare parts.
Track and achieve monthly revenue, productivity, and profitability targets.
Prepare and present periodic performance reports to management.
Train and guide technicians to enhance efficiency and technical skills.

Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in bodyshop operations.
Strong knowledge of accident repairs, denting/painting processes, and insurance claim handling.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
Ability to manage a team effectively and achieve set targets.
Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
