Job Overview:

Mangalam Autoworld Pvt. Ltd., an authorized dealer of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, is looking for a skilled and experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join our Bijnor dealership.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bodyshop operations, handling customer interactions, preparing job cards and estimates, and ensuring seamless coordination between technicians and insurance surveyors. If you are technically strong, customer-focused, and experienced in body repair management, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with bodyshop-related concerns.
• Conduct damage inspections and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Manage job cards and repair schedules efficiently.
• Coordinate with insurance representatives, technicians, and spare parts departments.
• Ensure timely repair completion and vehicle delivery.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional service standards.
• Ensure bodyshop area compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
• Help achieve service targets and overall operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Bodyshop Advisor in the automobile industry.
• Sound knowledge of body repair processes and insurance claims handling.
• Proficient in DMS systems and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
• A customer-first approach and problem-solving attitude.
