Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

Design, develop, and maintain BI applications, dashboards, and reports using the
Board platform
.
Must have key certifications: Level 100, 200, and 201
(minimum Level 200 required).
Minimum Graduation, preferred MBA.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and analytical models.
Create data models, ETL processes, and workflows within the Board environment.
Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, databases, spreadsheets) into Board.
Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to understand and optimize reporting needs.
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across BI solutions.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Provide end-user training and support on Board applications and dashboards.
Maintain documentation for data models, reports, and processes.
