Job Description:

1. SALES MANAGER/ BRANCH MANAGER

Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation

• Responsible for handling the branch.

• To ensure smooth functioning of the branch.

• Responsible for efficient operation of their branch with a focus on revenue, profit targets, controlling expenses, controlling shrinkage and Inventory management.

• Responsible for managing stock levels and making key decisions.

• Must have entire Branch/Store/Outlet managing capability

• Should be capable of handling team & improving their productivity.

• Good Interpersonal Communication skills.

2. FLOOR MANAGER:

Qualification : Graduation / Post Graduation

• Responsible for efficiently handling assigned Category/ Section of products with a focus on revenue, profit targets and Inventory Management.

• Must have Floor/Store managing ability.

• Good Interpersonal Communication skills.

• Team management

• Sales focus

• Display and inventory management

3. TEAM LEADER:

Qualification: Graduation or above

• Looking for young enthusiastic people who have a very high customer service orientation and are dedicated to the motivation and development of their teams.

• Should have presentable personality, zeal to perform and to meet targets.

• Must have Team Handling & Selling ability.

• Good Interpersonal Communication skills.

4. SALES EXECUTIVE:

Qualification: PUC & above

• The candidate should be customer oriented.

• Should be target oriented.

• The candidate should have good energy level and verbal communication.

• Should be open to learning.

5.Customer care Executive:

Qualification: PUC & above

Handle all cash transactions with customers

Maintain and update manual Bill Details, Gift Voucher Details for audit Purpose on a daily basis

Well versed with batch closing, cash tallying and card transactions

Timely submission of MIS to seniors whenever needed.

Keep reports of transactions

Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

5.Cashier :

Qualification: PUC & above

Handle all cash transactions with customers

Maintain and update manual Bill Details, Gift Voucher Details for audit Purpose on a daily basis
