Job Description:

Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support delivery through development and deployment of tools.

BMC Helix ITSM

Looking for Immedaite joiners with 4 to 8 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM.

Handling BMC Helix Customer environment provisioning as part of Activation Team.

Working on data center migrations, which involve migrating a customer environment from one data center to other datacenter locations.

External Authentication Configurations, People data Integration, Branding, Email Configurations etc

Execute Service Requests like - Language Pack Installations, Additional products/extension installations which are not supplied OOTB.

Execute environment health checks and apply latest patches, recommended base line configurations for going live customer.

BMC Remedy ITSM, Digital Workplace, SmartIT, Smart Reporting, Digital Workplace Catalog is preferable.

Good troubleshooting skills with BMC platform and related applications

Good exposure and hands on with Docker, Kubernetes, Containerized concepts.

Good exposure in working on Windows and Linux Operation System platforms.
