Job Title:

Job Summary:

BMC Helix Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows within
BMC Helix ITSM
(Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Knowledge Management).
Configure and extend Helix modules to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using
REST APIs, SOAP web services, and middleware
.
Implement automation, reporting, and dashboard solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
5+ years in BMC Helix or Remedy development.
Strong knowledge of
BMC Helix Innovation Suite
, Smart IT, and Digital Workplace.
Proficiency in
Java, JavaScript, and Shell scripting
for customizations and integrations.
Experience with
DevOps tools
, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with
ITIL processes
and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

BMC Certified Developer or Administrator.
Experience with cloud-based Helix deployments.
Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities within Helix for predictive service management.
