• Lead and execute successful

• Show proficiency in working with key BMC Helix components, including

  BMC Discovery

  for asset and service mapping,

  CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

  for maintaining accurate configuration items,

  Helix GPT

  for AI/ML-driven insights,

  Digital Workplace

  for enhanced self-service, and configuring

  virtual agents

  for automated support.
• Exhibit

  strong experience with API-based integrations (REST, SOAP)

  , enabling seamless data exchange and functionality between BMC Helix and various

  third-party systems and applications

• Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for BMC Helix solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and other technical teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, standards, and best practices within the BMC Helix ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to BMC Helix modules and integrations, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
