BlueSapling is a fast-growing technology and digital transformation company based in Bangalore, serving businesses across the globe through its world-class enterprise solutions. We are looking for a passionate designer, someone who loves designing user-friendly, engaging mobile apps and web products. You will need to work closely with the product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.
  • Conduct design reviews along with other stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Prioritise and manage work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a design agency or tech product company.
  • Understanding of common UI/UX elements and when they are used. Pros and cons of
different elements.
  • Proficient in visual design tools ( such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision), associated
research and design process.
  • Good eye for details and aesthetics : layout, grid systems, colour theory and typography.
  • Knowledge of mobile design patterns and guidelines for Android, iOS and other mobile
platforms would be a plus.
  • Ability to produce multiple UI concepts.
  • A portfolio showcasing creative UI designs and attention to detail.
