Blue Yonder Functional Consultant (BY-ESP) Supply Chain

• 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST (China support)
• 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (US overlap till noon PDT)
• Total: 8 hours/day

Experience Required:

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as a Functional Consultant for

  Blue Yonder – Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP)

  .
• Partner with business users to gather requirements and design functional solutions.
• Translate functional specifications into technical design specifications in collaboration with technical teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and create/execute test plans (Unit, Integration, UAT, Regression).
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system issues with a focus on root cause analysis while ensuring clear user communication.
• Support and manage

  custom developments

  : draft functional/technical specifications, oversee implementation, conduct testing (Unit/System/UAT), secure business sign-off, and deploy solutions.
• Develop and review

  PL/SQL scripts

  for data handling and validation.
• Understand

  end-to-end solution flow

  within BY-ESP, including integrations with SAP ERP and other systems.
• Ensure project deliverables meet

  organizational quality standards

  and are delivered within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience (4–8 years).

• Hands-on experience

  in supporting and enhancing

  Blue Yonder – Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP)

  .
• Minimum

  1 full-cycle implementation

  in BY-ESP.
• Solid understanding of

  data integration

  with SAP ERP and related systems.
• Strong knowledge of

  Supply Chain Planning processes

  .
• Proven ability to collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  (Technical Analysts, Developers, DBAs, Middleware & Infrastructure teams).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
