Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with 6-9 years of experience to join our team on an immediate basis. The position is available across Pan India.

Roles and Responsibility

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Review/Retirement.
Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports.
Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders through active listening and conflict resolution.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase overall quality.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Asana is desirable.
Ability to coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
