Role Overview: As a Blue Collar / Manpower Recruiter at DGS Translogistics India Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar workers across various Pan-India locations. You will be involved in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet the operational needs of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct end-to-end blue-collar and labor hiring activities on a Pan-India scale - Execute bulk hiring for positions such as warehouse staff, logistics personnel, drivers, helpers, and site laborers - Engage in field sourcing, vendor management, and coordination with local networks - Meet daily and monthly hiring targets set by the company - Maintain comprehensive hiring MIS (Management Information System) and generate reports as required Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in blue-collar or manpower recruitment - Possess a strong vendor and field hiring network - Demonstrated experience in executing bulk recruitment and achieving target-based closures - Immediate joiners will be given preference Please note: DGS Translogistics India Pvt.
