Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Recruitment, Selection, and Deployment of Manpower:

Manage the end-to-end process of sourcing, screening, selecting, and deploying candidates for blue-collar international assignments, particularly for Gulf countries.

• Collaborate with Blue-Collar Associates/Agents:

Work closely with industry associates and agents to organize candidate arrangements, interviews, and logistical support.

• Manage Legal Documentation and Contracts:

Prepare, review, and manage contracts and legal documents for both clients and employees.

Ensure all documentation is compliant with international and local regulations.

• Interview and Client Coordination:

Visit interview venues to coordinate between clients and candidates.

Ensure smooth conduct of interviews and related activities.

• Screening and Sourcing:

Source resumes through job portals, references, and internal databases as per client requirements.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on client specifications.

• Pre-screening and Profile Management:

Conduct initial pre-screening of profiles before forwarding them to clients.

Interact with candidates to understand their competencies and skill sets.

Clearly explain job roles and expectations to candidates.

• Interview Scheduling:

Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic, online, or in-person) between shortlisted candidates and clients.
