Job Title: Blow Moulding SupervisorCompany: Anjani Closures Pvt. Ltd. Location: Factory Address - Block No.: 559/1, Sarakhiya Patiya, At. & Po. Makva, Ta. Mahemdabad, Dist. Kheda – 387130, Gujarat. Industry: Manufacturing – Plastic Drainage Pipe Connectors, Spouts, Closures, and Industrial Packaging Components Experience: 3–6 Years (Plastic Blow Moulding Operations) Salary: Negotiable – Based on experience Job Purpose:To supervise and oversee the blow moulding production process, ensuring quality, productivity, and machine efficiency, while leading the production team and maintaining safe working conditions. Key Responsibilities:1. Production SupervisionMonitor daily blow moulding operations and ensure production as per plan. Allocate work to operators and helpers based on shift schedules. Ensure machines run at optimum speed with minimal downtime. 2. Machine & Process ControlOperate and oversee blow moulding machines (automatic/semi-automatic). Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, parison control, cycle time) for best output. Conduct trouble-shooting to fix moulding defects like flashing, short weight, air bubbles, etc. 3. Quality ControlInspect products during production to maintain dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and strength. Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications. Coordinate with the quality team for in-process checks. 4. Mould & Machine MaintenanceSupervise mould changeovers as per product requirements. Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance. Maintain proper cleaning and lubrication schedules. 5. Raw Material & Inventory ManagementEnsure proper loading, drying, and mixing of raw materials (e.g., HDPE, PP). Monitor material usage and report wastage. Coordinate with the stores department for timely material availability. 6. Team Management & TrainingGuide and train operators, helpers, and technicians on safe machine handling. Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance records of the team. Promote a safety-first culture on the shop floor. 7. Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily production reports, downtime logs, and rejection records. Report production status and issues to the Production Manager. Key Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3 years in blow moulding machine operation/supervision in the plastics industry. Education: ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical, Plastics, or related field. Skills: Knowledge of blow moulding process and troubleshooting Leadership and team management abilities Basic computer skills for reporting Other: Willingness to work in shift operations.
