Responsibilities

1. Preventive Maintenance

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for EBM machines.
• Conduct regular inspections and routine checks to ensure machinery is functioning optimally.
• Identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns.

2. Spare Parts Maintenance

• Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts for EBM machines.
• Ensure timely procurement and replacement of spare parts as needed.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality components.

3. Machine Maintenance

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on EBM machines, including lubrication, adjustments, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Document maintenance activities and machine performance.

4. Breakdown Maintenance

• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose problems and implement effective repair solutions.
• Coordinate with production teams to manage workflow during maintenance activities.

5. Safety and Compliance

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Train staff on safe operating procedures and maintenance practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

6. Continuous Improvement

• Analyze maintenance processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in blow moulding maintenance.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.

Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in maintenance of EBM machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
