- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow corporate accounts.- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in target organizations and travel management companies (TMCs).- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.- Negotiate and close corporate rate agreements, ensuring profitability and brand competitiveness.- Collaborate with revenue, reservations, and operations teams to maximize occupancy and yield.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.- Maintain accurate records of accounts, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM systems.- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth of the group.- Represent Bloom Hotels at corporate events, trade shows, and networking forums.- Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline, and account status to management.Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hotel Management, or related field (MBA preferred).- Strong network of corporate clients, TMCs, and intermediaries.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and achieve revenue targets.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.- Flexibility to travel as required.
