Design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications and smart contracts to support innovative business solutions – ブロックチェーンベースのアプリケーションやスマートコントラクトを設計・開発・保守し、革新的なビジネスソリューションを支援します。

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

• Develop and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger, etc.) – ブロックチェーンプラットフォーム（Ethereum、Hyperledger等）でスマートコントラクトを開発・展開
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) – 分散型アプリケーション（dApps）の構築と保守
• Integrate blockchain solutions with existing business systems – 既存ビジネスシステムとのブロックチェーンソリューション統合
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and security audits – コードレビュー、テスト、セキュリティ監査の実施
• Stay updated with blockchain trends and emerging technologies – ブロックチェーンの最新動向や新技術の把握
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define blockchain use cases – 部門横断的なチームと協力し、ブロックチェーン活用事例を定義

Qualifications / 応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field – コンピュータサイエンス、エンジニアリング、または関連分野の学士号
• 3+ years of software development experience, with 1+ year in blockchain – ソフトウェア開発経験3年以上（うちブロックチェーン経験1年以上）
• Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, or similar programming languages – Solidity、Rust、Go等のプログラミング言語に精通
• Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other blockchain frameworks – Ethereum、Hyperledger等のブロックチェーンフレームワーク経験
• Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and smart contract security – 暗号技術、コンセンサスアルゴリズム、スマートコントラクトのセキュリティに関する深い知識
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred – クラウドサービス（AWS、GCP、Azure）の経験があれば尚可
• Business-level Japanese or English required – ビジネスレベルの日本語または英語必須
