About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer with hands-on expertise in smart contract development, DeFi protocols, arbitrage bots, and flashloans. The role involves building secure blockchain applications, optimizing trading strategies, and deploying decentralized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains.

Build and optimize DeFi applications including staking, lending, and liquidity protocols.

Develop and maintain arbitrage trading bots and strategies for decentralized exchanges (DEXs).

Implement and test flashloan-based strategies for profit optimization.

Write efficient, secure, and gas-optimized smart contracts (Solidity/Rust/Go).

Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems via APIs and Web3 libraries (ethers.js/web3.js).

Conduct code reviews, audits, and vulnerability assessments to ensure security.

Stay updated with latest blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 innovations.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend/frontend engineers to deliver end-to-end blockchain solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer with deployed smart contracts.

Strong knowledge of Solidity, Rust, or Go and EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, Arbitrum, etc.).

Hands-on experience with arbitrage bots and flashloan implementations.

Deep understanding of DeFi protocols (AMMs, DEXs, lending, yield farming).

Experience with blockchain tools and frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, OpenZeppelin).

Familiarity with wallets, Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js), and JSON-RPC.

Strong grasp of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and gas optimization.

Experience with Git, CI/CD, and agile development practices.

Nice to Have

Experience with cross-chain interoperability and Layer-2 scaling solutions.

Knowledge of MEV (Miner Extractable Value) and sandwich attack prevention.

Familiarity with NFTs, DAO governance, and decentralized identity solutions.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
