Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Block Coordinator located in Ghazipur. The Block Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and overseeing community development programs, coordinating with local stakeholders, monitoring program progress, conducting field visits, and preparing reports. They will also play a key role in facilitating workshops and training sessions for community members. Qualifications Experience in community development, program coordination, and stakeholder management skills Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills Ability to conduct field visits and prepare comprehensive reports Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in local language and basic knowledge of computer applications Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or related field Experience in working with non-profit organizations is a plus Show more Show less
