Block Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are hiring Block Coordinators to support, monitor, and coordinate activities of PACS within the assigned block. The role includes field visits, data collection, reporting, and assisting PACS in day-to-day operations and digital/MIS activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular field visits to PACS/LAMPS.
· Support PACS staff in operations, MIS, and documentation.
· Collect data and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
· Coordinate with district teams and ensure compliance.
· Facilitate trainings and resolve on-ground issues.
Requirements:
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Basic computer/MIS knowledge.
· Good level proficiency in Ms Excel.
· Field readiness and good communication skills.
· Experience in PACS/LAMPS preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,500.00 per month
