Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with HR software and systems, including recruitment management tools.
