Role & responsibilities Ensure execution of bleaching processes as per standard recipes and production schedule. Ensure whiteness, absorbency, and fabric feel meet quality specifications. Take corrective actions to eliminate fabric defects (uneven bleaching, yellowing, etc.). Check and ensure correct machine settings (temperature, pressure, time, chemical dosage). Maintain process parameters and ensure proper documentation. Report production, delays, and quality issues to senior management. Preferred candidate profile Degree /Diploma in Textile Processing or B.Sc. (Chemistry/Textile) Minimum 58 years of experience in bleaching operations in a composite mill Basic knowledge of fabric types (cotton, polyester blends, etc.)
