Biotech /Life Science Internship 6 Months - 1 Year

An opportunity for graduate students to gain experience in the field of Molecular Medicine and Drug Discovery. Key areas of routine analysis include

Forward Genetics - ENU Induced Mutation

Target Mutation – CRISPR

Phenotype Assays – Behaviour and Physiology

Pathway Mapping – RT PCR

Bioavailability – HPLC

Cellular Grading – Histology and Vacuum Processing

Fluorescence Biomarkers – IHC Fluorescence Microscope and ELISA

Target Validation – Knockout Studies

Animal Handling

Work Timings: 09:00am to 06:00pm

Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.

Expectations:

o Candidate must be able to following process compliance as per the provided protocol

o Reporting completed tasks as per timelines provided

o Address deviations if any within stipulated time before they become critical

o Code of research conduct will include provided research and process platform

o Adherence to process is required due to compliance with international regulatory bodies

o Daily review of work and plan of next day will be a part of everyday schedule

o Fluency in research language communication for writing reports

o Ability to speak local language when interacting with local fish vendors

o Adherence to AAALAC lab standards in terms of study execution, protocol adherence and report writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
