Job Description

• Installation and service/repairs of all types of Medical equipment.
• Consult with customer or supervisor to plan the installation of equipment during each new installation
• To study blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures
• Hands-on technical skills and using standard test instruments and hand tools
• Provide basic user training for equipment installed
• To take service calls and attend to them
• Do Preventive Maintenance and manage equipment under CAMC
• To update Service CRM on a day to day basis, for daily check-ins, breakdown calls, managing CAMC and Preventive Maintenance, Installation and any other service related work
• Advice management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, suggestions for product improvements
• To complete any other tasks given

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
