Biomedical Service Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations in the region along with the sales team, generating leads, and converting them into orders. It will be your duty to maintain documentation of demo matrix with sales conversion/strike rate. Your profound clinical knowledge of competition products, sales strategies, new feature additions, and customer demands will assist in objection handling during sales. Additionally, you will prepare and participate in seminars, workshops, and convention exhibit activities, along with other Sales and Marketing support activities as required. Training customers in applying the best clinical procedures and protocols to ensure optimal usage of the equipment delivered will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for communicating relevant customer information to Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Response Team, and Technical Support. Analyzing customer installations of products and reporting defects/malfunctions to service/engineering will also fall under your purview. Building and maintaining good relationships with premium customers and acting as a single point of contact for them to secure repeat orders from existing customers will be crucial.
