Biomedical Engineer

You will be responsible for providing technical services, service and support, and administration for biomedical equipment at RAHI Care Private Limited. As a Biomedical Engineer with 6-8 years of experience, your primary tasks will include: - Performing installation, diagnosis, repair, and calibration of equipment both in the workshop and on-site at healthcare facilities across India. You will collaborate with the Operations Team to plan and support installations at multiple sites. - Troubleshooting defective equipment to enhance your engineering skill set. - Providing service related to technical components, fault-finding procedures, and spare part management. - Maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance with standard processes and formats. This includes completing service reports, responding to queries promptly, and staying updated with relevant Technical Service bulletins. Qualifications and qualities required for this role include: - Holding a Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. - Having experience in a technical customer support role or as a field service engineer with excellent communication skills. - Being willing to travel, as the position involves working in both public and private hospitals. - Desirable knowledge in Information Technology and networking. - Being proactive, responsible, and a cooperative team player with strong time management skills. - Possessing high attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.,
