Role Responsibilities

• Build reproducible pipelines for genomics, proteomics, and imaging datasets.
• Apply machine learning and statistical models to biological sequence, expression, and molecular data.
• Work with data formats such as FASTA and VCF, using Biopython and scikit-learn.
• Surface meaningful biological signals to drive AI-powered biological research.
• Document workflows to ensure reproducibility and transparency in analysis.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and biologists to integrate bioinformatics into research pipelines.

Requirements

• Background in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and R, with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Biopython and common biological data formats (FASTA, VCF).
• Experience building reproducible pipelines for large-scale biological data.
• Knowledge of genomics, proteomics, and molecular biology datasets.
• Familiarity with Jupyter notebooks or similar tools for experimentation.
