BIM Technician

You will be working on a range of Intelligent Transport Systems infrastructure schemes and independently develop engineering drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and other engineering software. Responsibilities: - Utilize AutoCAD to develop layouts, labelling, dimensioning, sheet layouts, design details, and other design concepts for Traffic Signal Control System and Intelligent Transport Systems projects. - Create parametric library elements in Civil3D and Civil3D models as per BIM standards. - Create BEP (BIM EXECUTION PLAN) as per project standards. - Generate Plan and profile drawings from Civil 3D models, perform Clash Detections and Visual Walkthroughs (CDVW) in Navisworks. - Use Common Data Environment for information exchange like ProjectWise or BIM360. - Coordinate design and drawing production with design teams. - Work as part of a design team focused on project delivery. - Possess good written and verbal communication skills. Experience: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a CAD/ Civil 3D / Revit technician role in Dry utilities. - Experience or knowledge of working with BIM processes and procedures. - Experience in designing Intelligent Transportation System and Traffic Signal Control System Networks is preferred.
