BIM Specialist

We're Looking for a BIM Specialist.

Join our team to oversee the coordination of building models, manage clash detection, and uphold BIM standards across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and merge Revit models from multiple disciplines
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and BIM 360, and manage issue resolution
• Set up and maintain BIM templates and organize project folders
• Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and client-specific standards
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools
• Maintain accuracy in model data, including naming conventions and file organization
• Lead model coordination meetings and track progress through reporting
• Deliver comprehensive federated models and detailed coordination reports

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
• Solid understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
