BIM Specialist

Job Description

We're Looking for a BIM Specialist. Join our team to oversee the coordination of building models, manage clash detection, and uphold BIM standards across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. What You'll Do: Coordinate and merge Revit models from multiple disciplines Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and BIM 360, and manage issue resolution Set up and maintain BIM templates and organize project folders Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and client-specific standards Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools Maintain accuracy in model data, including naming conventions and file organization Lead model coordination meetings and track progress through reporting Deliver comprehensive federated models and detailed coordination reports What You Bring: Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 Solid understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: BIM Expereince: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
