Role Description: BIM Specialist This position is designed for a mid-level professional (5 years’ experience) who can strengthen our capabilities in BIM modeling, parametric development, architectural rendering, and design-driven visual communication . You will play a key role in: Building sophisticated parametric models, Producing high-quality visualizations and marketing content, Supporting the BIM team in improving project outputs and overall brand presentation. Responsibilities: Develop high-quality parametric BIM models for architectural and interior projects. Create, edit, and optimize Revit parametric families . Produce detailed architectural and interior renderings for presentations and client approvals. Contribute creative concepts for marketing, branding, and visual communication materials. Collaborate with the BIM team to enhance visualization, accuracy, and project documentation . Software Proficiency: Rendering Tools: Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion, V-Ray (or similar). Revit: LOD 300+ modeling, advanced parametric family creation. Navisworks, Dynamo for coordination & automation. Adobe Photoshop (essential for post-production). AutoCAD or equivalent drafting tool. Who fits the bill? 5 Years of relevant experience Strong architectural visual & design sense . Creativity in marketing visuals and communication . High attention to detail with a solution-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting timelines consistently. Strong communication and team collaboration skills (UK, Europe & US clients)
