Role Description

MUMBAI

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows, tools, and processes
• Knowledge of architecture and experience developing detailed construction drawings
• Competence in Modeling and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) system coordination
• Familiarity with the AECO industry, including an understanding of construction methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical drawing capabilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Relevant certifications in BIM software or completion of a related technical program is a plus
