Job Description

Experience in Gulf Project Should possess 3+ years’ experience in BIM Modeling Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred Responsibilities: Strategically develop and oversee the creation of Architectural or ID models, ensuring alignment with project goals and long-term objectives. Ability to generate various Architecture or ID layouts, sections, elevations, and details Clash detection and co-ordination using Navisworks Assist junior team members in their day-to-day tasks, offering guidance and support to enhance overall team efficiency. Take a leadership role in maintaining the highest quality standards for work, actively seeking innovative solutions to improve modeling processes. ·Take a proactive stance in identifying and resolving potential project issues, leading efforts to propose and implement effective solutions. Participate in strategic decision-making processes, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on advanced BIM expertise. Thoroughly document project files to ensure clarity and organization for future reference.
