🔍 Role Overview

BIM Modeler – Revit MEP Specialist


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop

    3D BIM Models

    in

    Revit MEP

    and

    AutoCAD MEP

    from construction drawings
  • Create

    2D installation drawings

    (floor plans, sections, and details)
  • Perform

    Clash Detection

    and generate reports using

    Navisworks

  • Work with

    BIM360, Bluebeam, and other coordination tools

  • Ensure

    QA/QC standards

    in all BIM deliverables
  • Stay updated with the latest

    BIM/VDC trends and software

  • Navisworks, BIM360, Bluebeam

  • Clash detection & coordination expertise
