Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Borivali for a BIM Modeller. The BIM Executive will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Building Information Models (BIM) for our architectural projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong BIM skills and a passion for architectural technology to contribute to the success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage Building Information Models using software such as Revit or ArchiCAD.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and standards.

- Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and protocols.

- Generate 2D drawings and schedules from BIM models.

- Maintain and update BIM libraries and families.

- Assist in the implementation of BIM standards and best practices within the firm.

- Support project teams in utilizing BIM for design visualization, analysis, and documentation.

- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture skills
• Strong background as a Modeller and experience and understanding of Civil.
• Ability to create and interpret Construction Drawings
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in landscape architecture or construction is a plus
